Welcome to my website, I believe that life coaching & personal development should be available to everyone regardless of income or current life situation. The aim of this site is to provide a range of life coaching solutions to suit everyone, so whether you decide to read a book from the recommended reading section, contact the advice page or even arrange to become one of my life coaching clients by post, e-mail, telephone or 1-2-1 sessions I hope that I can help you along your chosen path.

I am an accredited life coach and recieved my diploma in Life Coaching in 2004. I am also a member of Associated Stress Consultants. All life coaching and client details are kept strictly confidential.
